Some projects start when you run into an unseen challenge. This home construction in Fountain Square required a new foundation. The builder quickly ran into large chunks of concrete under the topsoil. He found out most of the old basement from the previous home that had been torn down years ago was still in the ground. , resulting in the need to over dig multiple areas and pour sub-footers prior to the actual footer. After all this was done we brought in fill dirt and graded it to make a level surface for the new concrete. The project went well despite the unforeseen challenges!
